Pros:
- Looks good - I'm guessing they took the assets from the 360 version of GH3 as everything looks the same except in HD. So while it does look good, it will look boring to the people who played GH3 for a long time.
- High score - I never really paid attention to the high scores for GH or RB for the consoles as im really just competing against myself but in the arcade, at least there will be bragging rights.
- Loud music - Unlike the Bemani games we have here, the speakers for GH are full and can be heard clearly despite being surrounded by several shooter games and other rhythm games.
- Huge track list- There are probably more than 60 songs in the game and with the ability of the arcade operators to add more via internet, there will surely be something for everyone.
- Customization - From the 10 characters, you can change their attire and the guitar they will use and there is a lot of selection from them and there will be something that will suit everyone's taste.... i just dont care about it.
- Songs are long - I'm not sure whether they just looped some parts or used some kind of extended versions, but some songs are noticeably long which may or may not be good for the player. I put this in the pro because the songs on the Bemani games are freaking short with the longest lasting less than 2 minutes.
- Horrible guitar controller - Being the most important thing about the game, its also the worst thing about it. The thing is freaking heavy and made me tired before the song even finished. The neck is really thick and kind of hard to handle properly. The fret buttons and strum bar are very stiff and making me miss the chords often. And the lack of a whammy is just weird and disappointing. I am really good at playing guitar for GH or RB and can easily beat any song on hard but I'm struggling just to stay alive in an easy song for the arcade.
- Premium songs - This is the equivalent of buying unlock codes for DLC. The game will make you pay again just to play certain songs like Barracuda and it just sucks.
- Really expensive - To play the game, you have to pay about $0.50 and it'll only last for 1 song. This is a real rip-off as even though the songs for the Bemani games are short, you can play up to 5 songs for each play.
