    Well for starters, GoW is more of a hack and slash game, and contains Greek mythology, whereas Resistance is a FPS that takes place in an alternate time-line which is WWII-esqu, and has aliens beating the snot out of the Europeans.

    Now, GeoW is a third-person shooter....
